New York, USA · Store design proposal
Fixture selection reference: A neighborhood card destination that keeps colorful discovery and staff-assisted sales connected.
Use this supplied whole-store arrangement to discuss a cabinet combination. This proposal plans a first urban flagship before developing a repeatable neighborhood format. The brief combines sealed products, premium singles and a compact community zone. Use the design brief to plan your own fixture requirements.
The proposed 180 m² floor area sets the planning boundary. Three operating risks shape the layout and cabinet decisions.
Map the customer action and staff response before fixing display positions.
Test visibility, handling and replenishment with actual merchandise.
Standardize inserts and record a repeatable changeover sequence.

Operating-flow schematic · planning referenceCoordinate frames, finishes, lighting and category labels. Keep card faces and grading labels more prominent than decorative detail.
Use repeatable bays with replaceable inserts for slabs, singles, sealed boxes and accessories. Confirm holder fit before defining capacity.
Separate browsing from replenishment. Keep reserve stock close to its selling position and rehearse retrieval and handover.
The proposed program connects each step to an approval record. Actual timing follows scope, materials and destination logistics.
Co-create the brief around site conditions, merchandise, operating risks and priorities.
Develop layout, elevations, holder-fit details and finish samples; approve a controlled revision.
Fabricate against released drawings; check assembly, finish, access and agreed functions.
Prepare coded packages, packing records and assembly information; confirm receiving and installation responsibilities.
Company process photography illustrates the workflow. Project-specific production, inspection and delivery records are agreed separately.
Itemized wall bays, showcases, islands and counters, including agreed finishes and accessories.
Approved plans, elevations, dimensions, holder-fit details, hardware selections and revision history.
Module codes, substitution rules, packing labels, assembly sequence and site-specific quantities.
Agreed care instructions, replacement-part identification and an issue-resolution contact route.
The following design objectives for Neon Commons each have a defined validation method.
Compare the pilot bay, finish samples, labels and lighting against the visual standard.
Time a staff trial with prepared stock and a defined module. Record staff count, scope and excluded activities.
Compare itemized quotations with identical scope. Track standard versus bespoke components; savings require a verified baseline.
Choose the cabinet roles, quantities and interfaces first; confirm appearance and finish against the selected specification.
