Fixture Production Workflow

Connect drawings, material preparation, fabrication, finishing and assembly through a controlled fixture schedule.

STEP 01

Release the production information

Reconcile the bill of materials, quantity schedule, finish references and drawings. Confirm any long-lead hardware and powered components. Record approved substitutions before procurement or fabrication proceeds.

STEP 02

Prepare and fabricate the components

Coordinate panel cutting and edging with metal fabrication, glass and acrylic preparation. Check the critical dimensions that affect adjoining units, doors and removable inserts. Keep visible finish surfaces protected between operations.

STEP 03

Finish and integrate

Prepare surfaces for the approved paint, laminate, veneer or metal finish. Add specified graphics, lights and hardware while preserving service access. Verify that labels and cable routes match the released configuration.

STEP 04

Assemble and close issues

Trial-fit the agreed modules and review alignment, moving parts and electrical integration. Record defects with fixture identifiers, confirm the corrective action and recheck the affected function before packing.
